Melbourne 2008

We will be meeting again for Masterclass - 2008

WHEN: 15 November 2008

WHERE: Melbourne, Victoria

AT: The Windsor Hotel

Apart from our regular Greek Conference, Masterclass in Melbourne is an important part of our agenda.   We have addressed similar issues at Masterclass 2004 and Masterclass 2006 and led stimulating debate with important presentations on evolving issues in ethics, rights and equal opportunity, with keynote presentations from Justice Diana Bryant, the Chief Justice of the Family Court of Australia, Justice Marcia Neave of the Court of Appeal and The Hon Rob Hulls, the Attorney-General of Victoria.

Ethics, rights and equal opportunity are not static concepts.  We live in rapidly changing circumstances.  The capacity to change and adapt to those changes is very important and significant changes have occurred in aspects of equal opportunities in law, medicine and professional live.

These were all issues addressed in Masterclass 2004 and 2006 and will be reviewed and reassessed next November.

As with our previous events, we will be introducing key-note speakers for the principal presentations and will also allow for discussion and participation through our Review Panel.

Why not bookmark this page for further reference as more details of the Professional Program for Masterclass 2008 will be added from time to time.

Also if you are interested in taking an active part in Masterclass 2008, please contact us by email to

As with our other recent events, through Masterclass 2008, we will be again supporting the Cell & Gene Therapy Unit at the Murdoch Children's Research Institute at the Royal Children's Hospital and we look forward to not only strong support at the professional sessions of Masterclass 2008, but also at the Celebration Dinner to be held in The Windsor's Grant Ballroom, which will not only showcase the wonderful cuisine of The Windsor and their traditional service, but also an evening of Greekness, with traditional and contemporary music and dancing.
