All Submitted papers will be reviewed by a double-blind (at least three reviewers), non-blind, and participative peer review. These three kinds of review will support the selection process of those that will be accepted for their presentation at the conference, as well as those to be selected as best papers for their publication in the International Journal for Computing and ICT Research.

Authors of accepted papers registered for the conference can have access to the evaluations and possible feedback provided by the reviewers who recommended the acceptance of their papers/extended abstracts. Therefore authors can accordingly improve the final version of their papers. Non-registered authors may not have access to the reviews of their respective submissions.

The registration fee for ICCIR 09 is as follows: Early Registration for Students with Papers to present is 100 Euros; Students without Papers to Present 50 Euros; Non students with Papers to Present 200 Euros; Non Students without Papers to Present 100 Euros. Late Registration for Students with Papers to present is 150 Euros; Students without Papers to Present 100 Euros; Non students with Papers to Present 250 Euros; Non Students without Papers to Present 150 Euros.
